I’m entering into uncharted waters.

One of the major goals of Stanford Medicine X is to bring voices from all health care stakeholders together to work to solve real problems. Academic conferences haven’t traditionally been terribly inclusive of the patient voice.

I want to change that.

I am so excited to announce just some of the amazing individuals we have confirmed to serve as advisors to Stanford Medicine X in 2011-12!

I’ve been inspired by each of these very talented and diverse group of individuals and believe they can help me learn how to make Medicine X the most innovative and engaging academic-based health care technology conference. We have a broad representation of health-care stakeholders from research, technology, allied health professionals, physicians, and patients on our board.

These outstanding thought leaders and innovators are appointed for a one-year term.
