Chris Snider, a past recipient of Medicine X ePatient scholarship program and host of the Just Talking podcast, will moderate a panel discussion during the live chat. The chat begins at 6 pm PT/9 am ET. To participate in the conversation on Twitter search for hashtag #MedXeP or use a tweet chat service like TweetChat.com. The chat can also be viewed on the Stanford Medicine X Youtube channel. Don’t worry only the panelists will be featured on screen, so you don’t have to be camera ready to join in the fun.

During the panel discussion, members will provide information on a number of topics including: who is considered an ePatient, who is eligible to apply to the Medicine X ePatient program, the program’s application process, what it’s like to attend the conference and managing personal health concerns while attending Medicine X.
The group will also provide details on the conference’s Leadership Track. Introduced this year, the track provides a unique opportunity for ePatients to attend the conference and further develop the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to become the next generation of ePatient leaders. Audience members are welcome to ask additional questions beyond these topics.
