I’m so delighted to announce the return of “From Paris to Palo Alto | Doctors 2.0 & You – Medicine X” for 2013. I can’t wait to head to Paris in a few months to hear and see what is happening in European eHealth at our partner conference, Doctors 2.0 & You, organized by Ms. Denise Silber.
The two centers of innovation seem so natural to me: Silicon Valley and Stanford are home to many of the world’s leading technology and social media companies, yet Europe offers unique insights and seems ahead of the US in areas such as large-scale use by government and health agencies employing emerging technologies with the aim to improve health. I believe a conversation on medicine and emerging technologies wouldn’t be complete without the European perspective.
