Accommodations at Stanford Medicine X 2016

Stanford Medicine X has secured special discounted rates for a limited number of rooms for Medicine X Week, to be held September 12-18, 2016 at a selection of fine hotels near the Stanford campus. Please check back often for additional information. The special Medicine X rate can only be booked online through the links below.

We recommend reserving a hotel for arrival on September 15th and departure on September 18th if you plan to attend the entire 3-day conference. The last day of the conference ends in the late afternoon and we strongly suggest attendees take later evening flights or relax and stay the evening before returning home.

Please consider booking your accommodation early. Many of our attendees waited until after our housing deadline expired last year and found it difficult to find housing due to our conference’s sold out status.

Special Rates:

If you are planning on attending only the Medicine X Week pre-conference events, we offer discounted rates at the Creekside Inn from Monday, September 12th, to Wednesday, September 14th.

• Monday – Wednesday: $239.00 USD/night + taxes

If you are staying at the Palo Alto Sheraton, for the main conference and various pre-conference events, we offer the discounted rates below.

• Wednesday – Thursday: $305.00 USD/night + taxes
• Friday – Sunday: $149.00 USD/night + taxes
