About Me
Ross Lordon is a PhD Candidate in Biomedical Health Informatics at the University of Washington and 2015 Med X student engager. His main research interests include mobile health applications, telehealth, implementation, clinical informatics, and consumer health informatics. He is a member of the UW Clinical Informatics Research Group, which has developed a mobile health application called mPOWEr. mPOWEr is designed to facilitate patient-provider communication about the signs and symptoms of surgical site infections post-discharge. Ross has directed clinical implementations of mPOWEr and is conducting mPOWEr related human-centered design research for his dissertation.
