Susan Bartlett is a service designer and business strategist at Bridgeable, where she helps organizations transform their business using service design. The Universal Patient Language (UPL) is one such transformation initiative. Susan has been working on the UPL since 2013, leading dozens of projects spanning strategic foresight, capability building, and tactical execution. Susan leads multidisciplinary design teams as they understand the complex interactions people have with the world around them — and work to make those interactions more meaningful and effective. Her projects emphasize co-creation with a wide array of stakeholders, applying a holistic, systems-thinking lens to problem solving, and using service design to effect organizational change.
