Stanford Medicine X is the world’s leading patient-centered program on emerging technology and medicine. Thought leaders and innovators in patient-centered innovation and digital health join us year-round on campus at Stanford University and at our program events around the globe to learn about new ways of creating wellness and improving health care in partnership with all healthcare stakeholders.

Program Associate (Winter 2019)
Medicine X is currently seeking Program Associates to work full-time (temp/contract) now through the fall 2019 to help with the Stanford Medicine X | CHANGE (Sept 20-22, 2019) conference. Availability during the month leading up to the conference including the weekend of the conference is required.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and well-communicated individuals who must be able to work well as a member of a team, effectively manage projects, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Strong attention to detail is a must, and interest in health care is preferred.
We are especially seeking individuals with proficiency using:
– Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to assist with artistic and marketing materials for the conference
– WordPress, basic coding skills to assist with website backend for the conference
– Excel (basic equations and spreadsheets) to assist with calculations on conference registration income
General responsibilities for the conference assistants include, but are not limited to, event planning, writing emails and communicating with conference speakers and registrants, assisting with attendee registration, organizing conference packets, acquiring quotes from various vendors, and assisting with the general logistics for our conference in April.
