About Me
Leila Lance is the Chief Solutions Officer and leads sales and marketing for Future State.
Leila has more than 20 years of experience consulting with corporations, public institutions, and non-profits to clarify complex issues and mobilize teams around new strategies. Leila is a dynamic change management executive, consultant, and coach with a proven track record of spearheading strategic change in global companies by finding simplicity in chaos, thriving in ambiguity, converting strategy to action and mobilizing people towards results.
Leila received her M.S. in Public Health and B.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern Illinois University. In addition Leila has completed post graduate work at Stanford University and received multiple advanced certifications in change management and program management.
Leila is currently the President of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) for the San Francisco chapter. Leila participates in multiple non-profits including CARE, Goodwill, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and the Second Harvest Food Bank.
Leila grew up in a family of 14 and was born into complexity and change. Leila now lives in San Jose, California with her husband and two children. Leila loves to travel, camp, and collect music.
