Mark is a peer support worker, author, and workshop facilitator. He combines design thinking exercises with his own experience of recovery from mental illness to help people around the world succeed at the complex changes with behavioral therapy. He is the cofounder of online mental health community Everybody has a Brain, viewers watch over 130,000 minutes of his YouTube videos every month, and he has a book coming out in 2018, published by Penguin, all about shifting our perspective on mental health, from our current illness-first approach, to a more proactive, preventive approach.
