Ashley Reid

About Me

As the Founder and CEO of Wellist, Ashley combines her passion for improving the lives of patients with deep experience in strategic planning and business development. While a Strategy Director at Philips Healthcare, Ashley defined corporate and business strategies across the company’s three major business groups: Imaging, Patient Care and Clinical Informatics and Home Health Solutions. During her tenure, Ashley also developed and led a global change management program to improve profitability, working on-site with CEOs and senior management teams in over 10 countries across Europe and Asia. Recognized her leadership at Philips, Ashley served as a member of North American Winergy (Women’s Leadership team) and was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award in 2010. Prior to Philips, Ashley was a Consultant at Bain and Company, defining strategic priorities for consumer goods and software technology companies. Attracted by the opportunity to strengthen mission-driven organizations, Ashley later accepted a role as Associate Director at Bridgespan, a Bain and Company affiliate, where she spearheaded strategy and business development activities for Bridgestar. Ashley earned her BA from Colby College and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. She has also completed coursework at the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work. Ashley was recently named a winner of Med Tech’s 40 under 40 Healthcare Innovators.
