Barrett Larson is a physician-entrepreneur passionate about developing new technologies that improve patient care and reduce healthcare costs. He earned his medical degree from Stanford University and stayed there to do his residency training in anesthesiology. Barrett is the director of the Stanford Anesthesia Innovation Lab (SAIL) and the recipient of numerous medical technology innovation awards. He started Leaf Healthcare after discovering an enormous opportunity for wearables to transform the care of hospitalized patients.
